Salary: £13–£14 per hour, depending on experience

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, standard daytime hours

About the Role:
Major Recruitment are currently recruiting for reliable Van Drivers / Yard Operatives on behalf of a well-established and reputable builders’ merchant based in Bothwell. This role offers a great opportunity to join a busy team. Immediate starts are available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Driving a company van to carry out local deliveries and collections
• Assisting in the yard with picking and preparing orders
• Loading and unloading materials, including handball duties
• Operating tipper vehicles where required (training may be provided)
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Providing good customer service when delivering goods

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence (Category B)
• Previous van driving or yard experience preferred
• Willingness to carry out manual handling / handball work
• Good work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work as part of a team
